- Is there a free version of Voyage?
- Yes. Your first assessment costs nothing and needs no account at all. Creating a free account raises that to three assessments every 30 days and keeps your reports. Still no card.
- What are the one-time packs?
- Health Checks gives you three new assessments for $4.99, each with five follow-up replies tied to its report. Voyage Discussions gives you 30 discussions for $1.99. Both are single payments, do not auto-renew, and unused balances do not expire.
- How much does a membership cost?
- Solo is $6.99 per month and Family is $14.99 per month. Annual billing is $49.99 and $89.99 per year — 40% and 50% less than paying monthly.
- What is the Lifetime option?
- Lifetime is a single payment instead of a subscription — $99.99 for Solo or $179.99 for Family. There is no renewal, and nothing to cancel later.
- Where do I pay, and how do I cancel?
- You can pay by card on the web, or subscribe inside the app through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel wherever you bought it. Cancelling stops the renewal and keeps access until the paid period ends.
- Does paying for Voyage replace veterinary care?
- No. Voyage can help interpret information and decide what to do next, but it cannot examine your pet, perform tests, confirm a diagnosis, or prescribe. For anything serious, contact your vet or an emergency clinic.
